Alternative dispute resolution will be held at Czech Trade Inspection, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Praha 1.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.The buyer can contact Novy Zine by post or email only voiding the contract with Novy Zine. The buyer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for these goods (the seller does not return the amount paid for packaging or postage), provided that the following conditions are met the returned goods must not be damaged or otherwise devalued the buyer delivers the goods in person or by post at his own expense to the seller's address stated down below. Each complaint must contain:proof of purchase, description of detected defects. The seller will decide on the complaint within 3 working days at the latest and will notify the buyer by e-mail, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer. Complaints, including the elimination of defects, will be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of the complaint, unless the seller agrees with the consumer on a longer period.
PAYMENT METHODS
Before paying for your order, we ask you to always check the order and your personal details carefully. We accept Credit Card payments.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The seller is obliged to process the binding order within 3 working days of receipt of the order, in the case of payment in advance to the account within three working days of the receipt of payment. If a longer period of dispatch is stated in the description of the goods, this period is the binding period for processing an order containing these goods. The seller reserves the right to refuse to process the order if the specified delivery address is clearly questionable. He will send information about this rejection to the customer's e-mail address. In the case of an order with payment on invoice, the seller reserves the right to postpone the execution of the order until the customer pays his order in advance. A binding order means an order confirmed by the seller.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
The buyer shall state the correct postal address to which the ordered goods are to be sent. The buyer undertakes to pay the total price for the ordered goods, including all fees stated in the binding order.
SHIPMENT AND RETURNS
We post worldwide. Postage includes first-class delivery from Czechia. We use Zasilkovna for shipping to Czechia and Slovakia and Czech Post for shipping internationally. International shipping by Zasilkovna can be arranged upon request, please e-mail us. Prices include shipping and packing costs. Please, carefully select shipping cost based on your order. In case you choose unsuitable shipping cost, we won't progress the order and adequate payment will have to be arranged. Please note that 'multiple items' shipping cost covers only packages of weight up to 1kg — see down below the weight of individual items. In case you want to purchase order of higher weight, please contact us via hello@novyzine.com and adequate shipping cost payment will have to be arranged. After receiving a shipping confirmation, we process and ship your parcel within a few working days. Your parcel will be delivered within 30 days.
